In this episode Erin goes into great detail about how to use self inquiry to become aware of belief systems that are sabotaging our relationships.
There’s three parts to this process. First, we become aware of the belief system, second we figure out where it came from or at the very least a connection to it and a big emotional charge in the body, and we process and feel that using different techniques.
Then finally we introduce new belief systems that are more productive for the life that we want to live. We have the ability to consciously choose.
