I was recently the target of bullying. This kind of thing used to make me shrink and cry and I would go over in my head about how terrible I was.
I would shut down
Because I have developed a fierce sense of love for myself, that doesn’t happen anymore. Rather it will motivate me to stand up and be brighter than ever.
When people are in pain they will act form that space. We project in the world as we see.

If we have pain and anger, we will lash out in that way.
On the flip side if we cultivate a strong sense of love within us, that is what we share. Also, another benefit is that we become less reactive and more protected against ill intentions.

Never let anyone dim you light.
Shine brighter.
Namaste
