For example: I’m just a lazy person.nI have disagreed with this statement for as long as I can remember. I do not believe that people are lazy.nI do believe people have fear, trauma, that they’re exhausted and depleted, and that they’re hard on themselves. nnIf we can take a step back and understand our resistance towards a project or task a little more, then we can see how we feel when we think about doing it. If the feeling is heavy, it will bring us down and make it harder to accomplish it. To have that awareness takes practice.
