This stands for circumstance, thoughts, emotions, action (or inaction), and results. We can use this formula to figure out almost any thought as long as it’s not in a question format. (We can always arrange it to be a statement). The more we study ourselves the more we uncover our belief systems and when we do that, we empower ourselves to change.
